JACK POE COMPANY INCORPORATED

Commercial Real Estate Appraisal & Consulting

About POECO
Jack Poe opened this company thirty five years ago, after serving as senior appraiser in the Dallas office of Joseph Blake and Associates. Since opening, we at Poeco have appraised more than six billion dollars of real estate, including approximately three billion dollars of multifamily properties.

Our analyses are prepared in conformity with the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice, promulgated by the Appraisal Foundation, and the Code of Professional Ethics of the Appraisal Institute. They typically comply with FIRREA, and can be modified to accommodate your specific requirements.

Please refer to our list of clients and personal references on request. They will confirm that our expertise and experience is the foundation upon which we build reliable and accurate results. We don't take our good reputation for granted. We strive to reinforce our service oriented relationships, eat deadline pressure for breakfast, and maintain focus and direction in our search for the next challange. If you would like additional information, please email poeco@poeco.net

Personal Note from Jack Poe - If there is ever any question about versions of Poeco appraisals you will be able to ascertain easily which version is more current by reading the file name.  The first seven digits is our sequential file number, the next six digits is the date, and the last four digits is a 24 hour clock.  We make mistakes - but we never publish a known mistake.  If you find one we will fix it immediately and apologize. We are late sometimes.  But, we will never be late without discussing a good reason with you in advance.
