Jack Poe has been an investment property valuation expert for 40+ years. Mr. Poe received his AI-GRS Designation from the Appraisal Institute in 2015, his Master of Science degree in Real Estate Appraisal from the University of Saint Thomas in 2001, his MAI designation from the Appraisal Institute in 1988, his Texas Real Estate Broker’s License in 1987, and a bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of Texas at Arlington in 1980. Mr. Poe has also served as 2010 President of the California not-for-profit Forensic Expert Witness Association, and one of two US citizens on an International Valuation Standards Council working group to develop international valuation standards for investment property valuation in 2014/15. Mr. Poe also currently serves the Appraisal Institute as a Director of AI Holding, Trustee of the Real Estate Appraiser's Group Insurance Trust, Chairman of the Experience Review Panel, Demonstration Appraisal Report Grader, and Chapter Education Committee Member. He has testified as an expert witness in Federal Courts in Dallas, Waco, Tyler, Atlanta and Los Angeles as well as Dallas, Collin, Grayson, and Tarrant County Courts, and Nashville District Court.
Mr. Poe is a father of five with fourtheen grandchildren who, with his wife Betsy, home-schooled their three youngest daughters. Jack and Betsy built the last two houses they have lived in. He volunteers at church and was a volunteeer fireman for ten years. Mr. Poe served as Chairman of the Board of the local fire department, was the founding President of the Grayson County Association of Fire Chiefs, and served on the Grayson County Emergency Planning Committee.

Ziggy Jewell has been an Appraiser for Jack Poe for 9 years. He is a Certified General Real Estate Appraiser in the States of Hawaii and Texas, a Candidate for Appraisal Institute Designation, a Texas Real Estate Salesman, and earned a bachelor’s degree in finance from Texas A&M in 2008.
Ziggy was born and raised on a family ranch in Hawaii and moved to Texas in 2003 to attend college and pursue rodeo. He and his family currently split their time between Hawaii and Texas. Ziggy coaches his daughter's soccer team and enjoys spending time on the lake wakeboarding and fishing, as well as surfing, hunting and woodworking.

Eric Robinson began a career in valuation in July 2021 following his time in the HOA management field and upon the completion of his Master of Science in Real Estate from the University of Texas at Arlington. Mr. Robinson also has experience working for a residential developer and as an English teacher. He is in the process of receiving his Texas Trainees license under the supervision of Jack Poe, MAI. Mr. Robinson’s goal after becoming a certified appraiser is to gain experience through fieldwork and continuing education courses while also pursuing a MAI designation from the Appraisal Institute. At the University of Texas at Arlington, he was the Vice President of the Student Society of Real Estate, was member of a group that received recognition as a top team in the 2020 ARGUS University Challenge and was accepted to be part of the Department of Energy ARPA-E Energy Innovation Summit. He also had student memberships with the Appraisal Institute, Urban Land Institute, and American Planning Association.
Mr. Robinson lives in the Hurst-Euless-Bedford area with his wife Amber, teenage daughter Amelie, and several animals. He is a member of the Society of American Baseball Research where he serves as the Co-Chair of the Asian Baseball Committee. His primary interests include reading, traveling, and conducting baseball research on topics like Texas Negro League baseball history. This has led him to be a featured interview on television and radio segments, published in research journals and high-profile websites, and give presentations at national and regional conferences.
